Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Refund Policy explains how the free trial and paid subscription work, and what to expect regarding refunds.
๐ Free Trial
7 days, full access, no payment required. Nothing to refund โ you're never charged during the trial.
๐ณ Paid Subscription
Starter or Pro plan, billed monthly, quarterly, or annually and manually paid via UPI. Generally non-refundable once approved โ see below for exceptions.
1. Free Trial Terms
- Every new account receives a 7-day free trial automatically, starting from the moment the account is created, with full (Pro-equivalent) access during the trial.
- No payment method or payment of any kind is required or collected to start or use the trial.
- Because no money changes hands during the trial, there is nothing to refund during this period โ you may simply stop using the Service, or delete your account at any time, at no cost.
- At the end of the 7-day trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription on the Starter or Pro plan. If no payment is submitted, your menu and QR code stop being accessible to customers, but your account and data are preserved.
2. Are Subscription Payments Refundable?
Once a payment for a billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual, on either the Starter or Pro plan) has been submitted and approved by an administrator, that period is generally non-refundable. This is because:
- The Service is made fully available to you for that entire billing period from the moment of approval, regardless of how much you actually use it.
- There is no recurring or automatic charge involved โ each billing cycle's payment is a deliberate, one-time action you take by submitting your transaction reference, so there is no "unexpected charge" to reverse.
- We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a billing period if you choose to stop using the Service, downgrade, or delete your account partway through a period you've already paid for โ your access simply continues (or, for a downgrade, your current plan's access continues) until that period ends.
- A Starter โ Pro upgrade payment mid-cycle is itself already a prorated, one-time charge covering only the remaining days of your current cycle at the higher tier (see your Settings โ Subscription page for the calculation shown before you pay) โ this proration is the mechanism that keeps upgrade pricing fair, and the resulting upgrade payment is non-refundable on the same basis as any other approved payment.
3. Exception โ Duplicate or Mistaken Payments
If you accidentally submit a duplicate payment for the same billing period or upgrade, or a payment is approved in error (for example, applied to the wrong account or the wrong plan/cycle), please contact us promptly. We will review the situation and, where the error is confirmed, either apply the payment correctly or issue a refund for the duplicate amount.
4. Service Issues
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side during a billing period you've paid for, contact us โ we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may extend your access or provide a partial credit, at our discretion, depending on the nature and duration of the issue.
5. Account Deletion
Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of any current paid period. If you wish to stop being billed going forward, simply do not submit a payment for the next period โ there is no subscription to actively "cancel" since payments are not automatic.
6. How to Request a Refund Review
To raise a payment issue or refund request under the exception above, email us at [email protected] with your registered business name, email, and the transaction reference (UTR) in question. We aim to respond and resolve genuine payment errors promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as our payment process evolves โ for example, if subscriptions move to an automated billing system in the future. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
